At eQuinelle Golf Club, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable golfing experience for all players.

To ensure fairness and efficient course operations, we require timely cancellations for both green fee and member reservations. Tee times should be canceled within the designated notice period to allow other golfers the opportunity to book available slots. Late cancellations and no-shows disrupt scheduling and may result in fees or penalties, including charges to the reserving credit card or lottery point deductions for members.

We encourage all golfers to book responsibly and promptly inform the Golf Shop of any changes to their upcoming reservations.  Please read the following policy carefully with regards to tee times:

Public Players:

Tee times can be reserved up to 5-days in advance.

Online reservations will require a quick user account setup and a valid credit card to hold the tee time.

Cancellations must be made by calling the Golf Shop at least 24-hours in advance for Monday-Thursday tee times and 48-hours in advance for Friday-Sunday and Ontario public holiday tee times. Any late cancellations or no-show, a fee will be applied to the credit card used to reserve the tee time. This applies to partial no-shows, such as booking for four players but only two showing up. Please book only for the number of players expected and call the Golf Shop if there are any changes.

The credit card on file will be charged the full rack rate amount for any no-shows or late cancellations.

Golf Members:

Tee time bookings can be made online and reserved up to 10-days in advance via member lottery.

Cancellations must be made by calling the Golf Shop at least 24-hours in advance. If the Golf Shop is not open, please leave a detailed message stating the cancellation request.

No-shows or late cancellations will be subject to lottery point deductions (which will reduce the chances of securing your preferred time in future lotteries), and will be subject to additional no-show fees which will be billed to the member’s house account.  This policy will also apply to partial no-shows, such as booking for four players but only two showing up. Members should book only for the number of players expected and call the Golf Shop if there are any changes.
